You will note that he is not a Cubs fan, due to the ‘ugh’ and ‘Sorry Ozzie’. Ozzie Guillen is a former Chicago White Sox player, and their current manager. HA. but he IS still wearing a Cubs shirt. therefore he owns one, so he does not hate the Cubs. Maybe he’s like me and leans for one team but still likes both. therefore, your HA is revoked. Maybe it was a gift. It looks good on him, maybe he realized that. I do not revoke my ha until he revokes his ugh. >:D No, that is a very tiny possibility, and even if it was a gift, he wouldn’t wear it if he honestly disliked the team. Even if it was laundry day, he wouldn’t wear a shirt for a team he hated. But clearly he finds it in poor taste if he is saying ‘ugh’. He may not hate them, but he does not like them. He still likes the Sox more. >:] that ugh could just have easily been directed towards the laundry part of the statement as the sorry ozzie part. actually, more likely directed towards the laundry part because those two statements were in the same sentence. and he could like both, just like the sox a little more. your point is invalid, i’m sorry. It could as easily have been directed towards the Cubs as it could be a gift. Or free, or his dad’s or something. I’m just saying he probably didn’t buy it. He COULD like both, but who’s to say he does? Does he say ‘Sorry Cubs manager’ when he wears a Sox shirt NO. There’s really no way to tell unless we ask him, which I’m very tempted to do now actually. XD He DID say at the acoustic show that he’s a Sox fan though. Okay, first of all, you are the one who claimed he could have gotten it as a gift, so you disproved one of your earlier points. Because I never said he got it as a gift. And I’m just saying, I don’t wear shirts for things I hate or dislike, and I don’t know many people who would, let alone wear it and post a picture of it on their blog. Fans in Chicago who dislike the Cubs would not be caught dead wearing a Cubs shirt, let alone willingly posting a picture of it on the internet. And we’re not even arguing about Beckett himself, but more about the implications of his statement and your interpretation because you, Phoebe, are very one track, finite in your thinking and I, as your best friend, enjoy exploiting that. XD
